Hotel

Everyone gets a room for single use, however, if you prefer, you are welcome to share a double room with a colleague.

Transportation (car & bus)

Employees with company cars: Feel free to drive yourself – ensure asking colleagues living nearby if you should carpool.
Driving your private car to Båstad and submitting a T&E report asking for mileage is allowed. Employees with company cars may not claim mileage (of course).

  • Danes: Busses depart from Copenhagen Airport at 07:45. Park your car at the airport (budget/long term parking at P15, P17 or P19 @ DKK 115/day) or book a flight arriving in good time for you to board the bus before scheduled departure.

Bus pick-up spot:
1. OFFICE: Behind the office building at Edvard Thomsens Vej, a bus picks up the ones parked at Fields at 07:00
2. CPH Airport: Taxies are waiting just outside Terminal 3 (lanes 1+2) and busses are picking up passangers there too (lane 3). Follow the taxi signs to find the Astellas bus.

 

  • Swedes: If you live near Malmö and you do not have a company car, the busses from Copenhagen Airport pick you up at Malmö station, Hyllie. Otherwise, feel free to drive to the hotel in your company car.
  • Finns: If you book a flight to Copenhagen Airport, you will be picked up by the bus.
  • Norwegians: A separate Outlook invitation has been sent offering you to arrive the day before i.e. Tuesday.
    Book a flight arriving at either Copenhagen Airport or Ängelholm Airport. See below.

Book a flight yourself (via Concur) with arrival at Ängelholm (Helsingborg) or Copenhagen Airport.

Upon arrival at Helsingborg Airport, the hotel is a 25 minutes drive away. Astellas books busses from the airport to the hotel.

Upon arrival at Copenhagen Airport, you will be picked up by the from Denmark.
